Misusage or chronic use over a long period of time, or acute intoxication of alcohol and tobacco do kill
Misusage of asprin lead to haemorrage and death.

But cars, alcohol, tobacco and asprin were not designed to kill,
furthermore, millions use them correctly any day.

The correct and incorrect use of a gun by a sane or insane person is killing, for this is what a gun was designed for..
